Our bed and breakfasts are set near some of the most challenging hiking and biking trails in the East. Our waterways--from Lake Champlain/Lake Placid to the Ausable and Schroon Rivers--are peaceful enough for fishermen to find the haven they desire, yet vast enough to give canoeists and boaters the freedom they crave. In autumn our landscape bursts forth with unrivaled color. Winter activities include bobsledding, snowshoeing, downhill and cross country skiing, skating and ice climbing. We offer championship golf courses, historic structures, antique shops, or simply a place to relax.

Our bed and breakfasts and inns each have distinct charm yet are united in dedication to the same high standards of quality service, comfort and hospitality. All are located in quiet towns on the western shore or inland of Lake Champlain  (although our neighbor, Lake Placid, is truly a bustling four-season resort).
